The new year starts with the announcement you've all been waiting for: The Open Beta of Avalon Heroes will start on Tuesday and you are all invited to join!
You need neither a key nor an invitation, all you really need is the new Open Beta client and the will to fight for honor and glory for either Oriens or Aeonia in our brand new Online RTS RPG Avalon Heroes!

AH Open Beta Patch: Are You Ready For More Action?
The Open Beta client includes the following updates:
- Six new Heroes - three on each side; two as reward from Scenario Mode chapter 3, two available in the Lobby Store and two only accessible in the Random Cube
- Adjusted Hero prices - MOON, ARC and some other Heroes will cost a few more Aron, so they won't be as easy to get **
- Scenario Mode Chapter 3 - Meet new Heroes and find out more about the story of Avalon Heroes!
- Oriens: Chapter 3-1 - The Voice in the Dark (a video), Chapter 3-2 - Beginning of the Conspiracy (playable Scenario Mode)
- Aeonia: Chapter 3 - The Ghost in the Labyrinth (playable Scenario Mode)
- New Battle Mode Map: Swamp of the Immortal - a smaller and thus harder map with almost instant direct contact between the two factions

Important Notes:
The Open Beta starts on Tuesday, January 12 and it will last around 10 to a maximum of 14 days. After the end of the Open Beta, all character data will again be wiped, so you'll have a fresh start at the beginning of the regular game service in February!
As the Open Beta is quite short, we have some additional surprises for you in store to fuel your leveling ambition!

Increased EXP
The Kin EXP (former Family EXP) and the Hero EXP will be increased by 50% during the whole Open Beta. This means you get more EXP for your Kin and your Heroes which allows you to access the high-level content faster and to gain the 2000 EXP required to master a Hero during the Open Beta
Kin Level & TLVL Contest:
The best 20 players on both sides, calculated by their Kin and TLVLs, will receive an item package including useful consumable items at the start of the regular game service after the Open Beta. Furthermore, they will be listed and honored on the website
Closed Beta Testers
All previous Closed Beta testers will furthermore receive awards for their alaplaya characters at the start of the regular service in February.
Open Beta Client Download
Please click on the picture below to download the Open Beta client (~404 MB). Please note that since many players will download the client at once, the download might take slightly longer than expected. We will add additional downloads from external partner websites within the next days.
Although the old Closed Beta client is capable of patching all changes, we strongly recommend you to download the new client since a lot of changes have been applied and it will take longer to patch the old client than to download the new one.
