Heros of Maestia, unfortunately the recent Patch caused some problems after the maintenance. If you have problems to log in or starting the launcher, please keep on reading for the solutions.
The following guide is for players who have problems to log in or see the following error while starting the launcher:
These problems may occur for players who have started Maestia between 11:30 and 13:30 alaplaya time.
There are 3 ways to get Maestia running again:
- Download additional patch
The easiest way is to download an additional patcher that you can get here: MaestiaUpdaterPatcher.zip
Extract the file in any directory and start it by double-clicking it. Follow the dialogue to repair your Maestia version. - Replacing the application manually
If solution 1 was not successful, please download the following file: MaestiaUpdater.zip
Extract the file into your Maestia directory (standard is C:\Programme (x86)\MAESTIA) and overwrite the existing MaestiaUpdater.exe. - Reinstall Maestia
If both solutions didn't work, there is only one option: uninstall Maestia and install it again.
